Strategies and Support: Small Group Workshops How Do you start something and stick with it?
This September we have an accountability group starting. This small group of 8 (maximum) will meet for 4 weeks in a row to work on a goal you each have for yourself. This will be facilitated to support you in adding structure and strategies that are specific to ADHD and allow you to progress in your chosen goal.
Gain more self awareness, learn new tips and tricks and feel less alone in the challenges you face having ADHD.

WHO: Adults who identify as having ADHD/ AUDHD / as being neurodiverse
WHERE: Online
WHEN: 2 classes are being offered. Choose from:
Tuesday Evenings 7:30pm-8:45pm September 16th-October 7th
or
Wednesday Mornings 10am-11:15am September 17th-October 8th
WHAT: Meet once a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes for 4 Weeks with a small group (max class size 8).
Same day, same time, same people.

WEEK 2: When and where: Environmental fit- Let’s set the stage
WEEK 3: Habits/Systems/Routines- Adding the structure
