Help shape a supportive ADHD community in Vancouver.
Join the list for a chance to be part of our pilot program!
We are looking for a small group of adults who identify as having ADHD and are wanting structure, connection, and the opportunity to create their own personal strategies to better live with ADHD.
WHO? Adults who identify as having ADHD wanting to add structure, support and connection to their lives.
WHAT? Choose from a variety of casual social events & activities, support groups, 4 week educational series, and focussed skill building and strategies sessions. These are updated and posted on our events calendar each month.
WHERE? Online & in-person, in the Metro Vancouver area.
WHEN? Our pilot runs throughout July, August & September of 2025.
WHY? To provide informal, cost effective support for folks with ADHD and reduce social isolation.
HOW OFTEN? Choose up to 6 sessions/month during the pilot months.
COST? A founding rate of $55/month for providing regular feedback.
Our groups are considered informal support and do not provide, nor are a replacement for therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
This is ideal if you:
Are an adult looking for non-clinical, organized, facilitated group ADHD support
Want a confidential, welcoming space to connect with others who understand the experience of living with ADHD
Value empathy, kindness, and emotional safety
Can participate regularly online, in-person, or both, throughout July, August, and September of 2025
Want to be around adults who are motivated to learn and develop their own personal strategies to better live with ADHD
Are willing to share honest, constructive feedback on a regular basis to help shape our community before our official fall 2025 launch
Space in this founding group is limited to ensure high quality facilitation and a supportive environment. Participants will be selected and contacted in June.
