PAST GROUP EVENTS
Check out some of the things we have done together!
*we take privacy seriously at the hub and that is why you rarely see participants in the images. I always will explicitly ask for permission and share the picture with you BEFORE posting anything.
I often forget to take pictures during the events because I just want to be fully in the present moment. It is a goal of mine to remember to take more pictures for you to see!

And so it begins...a lack of in person, cost effective social support resources for ADHD in Vancouver motivated me to start this group.💛 Hello 👋 I'm Sonia! Welcome to the adhd SOCIAL HUB! I am passionate about social supports working hand in hand with clinical supports to help folks live their best ADHD lives 😊

There was a good attendance for our very 1st social hub event! We had great conversations with wonderful people. 😃

Thank you Coast Mountain Crossfit for your "intro to crossfit class" and being an wonderful supporter of our neurodivergent community!

Week one of our 4 week series workshop on "How to start something and stick with it". This week we set the foundation with looking for our values. I found this interesting post from Harvard Business Review insta afterwards ✅ that mirrored our learnings.

I was able to get a job I had been procrastinating on for far too long completed by making a commitment to show up. The bonus was, I got to connect with my social hub friends. ☺️

Support groups are a great place to learn about resources and new strategies and gain greater self acceptance.
