REGISTER BELOW for in-person and online adult ADHD group activities in the Metro Vancouver area. We offer non-clinical ADHD group support, events and education. Our newsletter and instagram are where we share early bird discount codes and any seasonal promos.
*Events get added as support groups/venues/speakers/workshops are confirmed. I also have been known to impulsively add group hikes last minute when the weather cooperates (because I too have ADHD 😉). Check back often!

Socialize & Support Women’s Professional Sports!
We have generously been given group pricing to cheer on our local professional women’s soccer team. Below are the games I will be attending and that our discount is good for. As I am passing on this discount to our adhd SOCIAL HUB participants, I do not make any profit from this, so you will need to purchase your tickets directly from ticketmaster. Feel free to bring family and friends. Because I won’t know who has purchased tickets, feel free to email me if you want me to know you will be joining 🙂
Vancouver Rise Women’s Pro Soccer Games at Swangard Stadium group discount: 20% off “grounds pass” tickets (this is the bench area, non-reserved seating on the West side of the stadium and the standing area by the picnic tables on the North end) for the following games:
May 23rd Saturday 1pm
June 14th Sunday 2pm
July 25th Saturday 1pm
Use: this ticketmaster link and discount code: VANSOCIALHUB
Cost is $18.85 per ticket (including tax & fees), regularly, $24.78 Purchase your tickets on your own and come find us there if you want to socialize 🙂 I will be wearing a white adhd SOCIAL HUB t-shirt and will be in the “grounds area” bench seating/picnic table area.
