Hello crew! This is where I will post updates and thoughts to ponder.
Today I feel happy that this project, the adhd SOCIAL HUB, once simply a want for a resource that did not exist, has been so well received.
I believe that support comes in many forms and that by utilizing different resources, both clinical and non-clinical, we can help ourselves.
If you want to get your body physically fit you might start exercising. Will you only run? Will you only lift weights? Will you only stretch? Of course not, most likely you will create a combination that works best for your individual needs.
The same goes for mental health. My question for you is, how might your life change if you added informal social supports to your current mental health toolbox?
