Munchers & Crunchers
Thank you for your patience as I try to create an organized community for us! My goal is to fill the gap in social supports for folks with ADHD. I want it to be easy for you all to get together with others who understand the challenges of living with ADHD, but are positive and doing their best in life. It makes me sad that many of us don’t connect as much as we would like to because, lets face it, the logistics of city living everything that goes along with adulting can make meeting up feel impossible 🫤. I am exhausted just thinking about it! I aim to make it easy for connection to happen. Sign up and show up. Easy peasy.
Those who joined me for our free online time management workshop this past week will know how important it is to surround yourself with good people and that when we manage our ADHD, time management starts to take care of itself.
So, use that strategy you learned in our workshop to help with time blindness. Sort your to do list into “munchers” and “crunchers”.
Is signing up for a SOCIAL HUB event a muncher or a cruncher? Quick, easy, and takes little time? ✅ It’s a cruncher! For all you visual learners like me, view the pdf infographic of this strategy here. 🙃
Thank you again, each and every one of you! Together I know we are going to be able to fill the gap that currently exists in supports for adults with ADHD.
I truly believe that social supports can and should work alongside clinical supports to help people live their very best lives with ADHD. This belief is the fuel that allows me to work from sun up to sun down. The bonfire burning 🔥! I can’t wait to meet everyone 🤗
